About me

Expressive Arts Facilitator

Art Psychotherapist in Training

I'm an Artist and Expressive Arts Facilitator, working from my home studio in Hay on Wye. I am currently training in London for my MA in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy.

In my practice, I enjoy making my own paints and work with wild clays, finding as much natural material as possible. My work includes both figurative sculpture and vessels, combined with painting and poetry depicting ephemerality in nature.

I'm passionate in helping others discover their unique creative voice, aiming to deepen their connection with nature and enhance their sense of presence in the world. My approach combines my artistic experience over 10 years with my training in Expressive Arts and Integrative Arts Psychotherapy.

I draw inspiration from books that have inspired me such as 'The Artist's Way', 'Women Who Run With The Wolves' and 'Art as Medicine' to name a few. I incorporate these teachings into my workshops and online sessions. I also bring my training in Expressive Arts and Integrative Arts Psychotherapy which focuses on process and authenticity, valuing expression over technique. I look forward to expanding these offerings online and incorporating collaborations with other Artists, Facilitators and Storytellers.

If you're interested in learning more about what I offer, or if you're considering one-to-one Art Therapy (available from December 2024 under professional supervision from UKCP), please reach out. I'm here to help find the right path that works for you.
